Group Bel
Group Bel has a full carbon mast, boom and deck spreader package supplied by Formula France.
The whole package has been proven to be world class with a close 2nd overall in last year's premier IMOCA event, the Transat Jaques Vabre, a testing dual handed transatlantic race which attracts the best and fastest 60ft monohulls in the world.
This project represents the highest standards of Formula Marine engineering and is one of the lightest and toughest rigs on any modern open 60. It is a great example of what can be achieved when the design and build team work in close harmony. A great deal of care is taken in the build and finish to produce a mast that is both as light as possible but strong and stiff enough to withstand the rigours of short handed high performance sailing.
